About this house rental
Single storey house of 90m², offering all comfort, in a quiet area, 300m² garden just 200m from the beach. The house is located in a dead end near the sea. You can enjoy the calm to spend peaceful nights and rest. A covered terrace allows you to take your meals and cook on the barbecue.
The motto of the house is to be able to rest and sleep in peace, while being not far from the sea:
2km from the village of La Noue and its small shops open all year round.
500m from the first cycle paths which will allow you to travel the whole island with more security. The island has around 100km of cycle paths. This allows you to discover magnificent landscapes and unusual corners out of the flow of cars.
You never tire of the charm of the Ile de Ré.

Le calme est le premier bon point pour cette location. Spécialement bien équipé aussibienalintérieur qu'à l extérieur. La mer est proche pour une balade le soir après mangé. Je recommande.

Wir hatten hier zwei wunderschöne erholsame, extrem ruhige Wochen in diesem schönen Haus. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man sich wünscht. Es ist sehr sauber und bietet genügen Platz um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig. Zum Strand sind es nur 5 Minuten Fußweg. Der Gastgeber und die Verwalterin sind sehr netten Menschen. Die Kommunikation war stets perfekt und auch in Englisch möglich. Toller Urlaub 👍😎🌞

Maison propre, très bien équipée. Rien ne manque! Entourée d'un terrain fermé, avec "cuisine exterieure "! Cerise sur le gâteau : vélos fournis sans supplément !

La maison est propre, bien équipée et la literie est bonne.La terrasse et le salon de jardin sont bien agréables Notons également l'accueil chaleureux et souriant de Mme Schmidt Situation à quelques minutes ( à pied) de la plage sauvage .Cependant certains points devraient être améliorés : l'entrée du jardin ( qui peut accueillir 2 voitures ce qui est bien pratique compte tenu de l’étroitesse de la rue) qui relève plus de la piste 4X4 que d'une entrée carrossable pour voitures normales ; le salon intérieur, composé de 2 petits fauteuils rabougris et comme divan d'un empilement de coussins sur un matelas ! Ajoutons la planche du WC branlante et la douche déglinguée et rafistolée avec de la ficelle . Pour le prix, le propriétaire pourrait éviter ce genre de soucis aux locataires . Dommage !
