Idéalement placé au cœur de sainte Marie Déco et logement très cosy, fait avec goût et bien pensé Très bien équipé !
Il n’y a pas d’extérieur donc une petite table pliante et 4 chaises dans le garage seraient appréciables pour pouvoir ouvrir les portes du garage et faire « terrasse » Il fait très chaud, soit plus de ventilateurs, soit une clim ou soit des ventilateurs de plafond

Bien situé et les équipements permettent de séjourner dans un confort très agréable. La décoration est soignée et le lieu est propre. La conciergerie est un vrai plus, merci à Mélanie pour ses conseils qui ont permis d’optimiser notre séjour sur l’île de ré !
À savoir : parking payant et qui peut être éloigné du logement. Pas d’extérieur ( l’été un peu dommage ). Pas de climatisation : il a fait très chaud dans la maison, certaines nuits ont été difficiles dans cette période de canicule. Le bar dans la rue : certains soirs assez bruyants car on dort les fenêtres ouvertes. Pas dérangeant pour nous car on se couchait tard mais certaines fois du bruit jusqu’à 3/4 heures du matin

Leuke locatie in het centrum met elke dag wat te beleven op het pleintje om de hoek. Winkels in de buurt.
Jammer dat er geen buiten is, maar wisten we van te voren.
