Pretty house renovated in 2018, 6 minutes walk from the beach and 50 meters from the place of linden trees. South-facing independent courtyard, garden furniture, large table and barbecue Weber, quality services: new and quality bedding, linen sheets, dishwasher, washer-dryer, induction hob, Nespresso, quantity crockery, free wifi, Bluetooth speakers, baby bed, high chair and stroller, games and books for young and old. Ground floor kitchen, living room and dining area, bathroom and toilet. On the first floor, 1 bedroom with double bed, desk and large closet, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a pull-out bed, cupboard.

Great location and beautiful property, We were greeted on arrival by Lesley, who was very helpful and friendly. We loved the private courtyard. House was cosy and comfortable, kitchen had anything you might need. Just a few minutes walk to the square where you could get fresh bread or eat at the local bistro or restaurants. Little market each morning to get fresh fruit, vegetables and oysters. Short walk to the free electric bus which takes you round the island. Bike rentals a short walk away, and easy access to all the bike routes. We had a lovely time. Only thing to be aware of (which wasn't obvious to us on the listing) was bed linen and cleaning wasn't included, it is an option which added an extra 115 euro, but we could have taken our own, however this didn't impact on our lovely holiday - we would love to go again.

We have really enjoyed our holiday at La Noue. The cottage is really comfortable, clean and well decorated. You have everything you need for a great holiday. The location is great.Just a short walk to the village square where you find restaurants and the local boulangerie.There is also a small daily market.
