About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming 94 m² house for rent in Strasbourg, which can accommodate up to 6 adults and 1 child. With Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor
– A 35 m² living room with a TV, sofa and dining area.
– An open-plan fitted kitchen including: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– A utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a toilet.
Upstairs
– Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200)
– Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190)
– Bedroom 3: a double sofa bed (140×190) and a raised single bed for a child aged between 5 and 10 (90×190)
– A bathroom with a bath, twin washbasins and a toilet
– A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional items: a travel cot, a fan and an iron.
Outdoors
– A beautiful, enclosed and private 250 m² garden with a lawn area and a flowerbed area
– An 80 m² south-east-facing terrace, sunny from sunrise until 7 pm in summer
– A 28 m² north-west-facing terrace, sunny from 3 pm in summer
You can relax in this little corner of the countryside right in the heart of the city, surrounded by greenery. All the essential shops are just 10 minutes away, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…

– Cultural attractions: Le Vaisseau, Strasbourg and its historic centre (the cathedral, the Petite France district, the Batorama exhibition, the European Parliament) and explore Germany.
– Family parks: Kurgarten Park, 800 metres from the accommodation, Orangerie Park, Citadel Park and the Botanical Gardens.
– Events: Christmas markets in Strasbourg and throughout Alsace (winter), festivals (Longevity Festival, FARSe) in August, the European Fair in September, the Strasbourg International Tennis Tournament, and Europapark in Germany (Europe’s largest theme park).
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (1 vehicle) or in the parking spaces along the road.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
– Nearest railway station: Strasbourg, approximately 7 km away (15 mins by car).
– Nearest airport: Strasbourg-Entzheim, approximately 20 km away (25 mins by car).
– Jean Jaurès tram stop on lines C and D (from the station) is 1.8 km away (4 mins by car)
Cycling remains a great way to get around with the family: you can hire bikes through Velhop.
Other notes:
– Bed linen and towels are included.
– End-of-stay cleaning involves preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any household appliances after use.
– Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
– A CCTV camera is positioned at the external entrance to the accommodation. This will be deactivated during each stay.
