PET POLICY
No pets are allowed to stay in this home. If an unauthorized pet is discovered, a $250 charge will be added to the guest's credit card on file and/or potential immediate cancelation of the reservation and no refund for non-pet-friendly units.
HIGH CHAIR AND PACK AND PLAY RENTAL:
High Chairs and Pack and Plays are available upon request.
The rental price for each is $10 a day + tax.

This is the second time staying at Vista Cay for a work trip at the Convention Center. Great location and everything you need is right in the area. Literally less than 5 minutes to drive over to the Convention center

The resort is in a good place with many near restaurants, grocery store, etc nearby. If you're here for Disney, those are all within 20 minutes.
The resort grounds are nice and maintained well, with walking paths/sidewalks to the club house/pool area. The pool area was kept clean and the staff was very friendly.
The townhouse itself was as listed. We had plenty of room for our family, with a bathroom for each bedroom plus a common bathroom. The house was decorated nicely and was very clean. There is a garage but it would be tight to get a car in there as the washer/dryer and some extra furniture was in there.
We would definitely come back!
