The townhouse met most of our needs for our vacation in Orlando. The host is absolutely terrible. She never replied to any of my emails and never once answered the phone. She did not give us check in information which became very stressful and difficult upon arrival. The home is decent. The kitchen is stocked with only a few utensils which made cooking challenging. There are no dish cloths provided. The furniture is awkward and uncomfortable. There are not enough towels for the amount of people this space accommodates. Overall we had a decent experience. The pool area is absolutely amazing and we enjoyed our time there.
