Beautiful 2000sf 3rd floor condo just minutes away from the clubhouse, main pool, tiki bar, and gym and steps from the lake path. Near all theme parks and across the street from EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park. Walk to the convention center and International Drive. You will love returning to this calm, spacious home after a day at the parks or convention. Our home has been professionally decorated and designed, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible. This stylishly furnished vacation home has many small personal touches and amenities that will make your stay like a home away from home.
**A small Dog under 25 lbs can be accommodated for a nightly Pet fee. Please inquire with host.
THE SPACE
Spacious, quiet and calm - just what you need after a long day at the parks or convention - with a luxurious seating area and 65" Smart TV, a fully-equipped kitchen open plan kitchen with granite work tops and breakfast bar has everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. The cook can chat with people perched at the bar or relaxing in the living area. There's a counter height dining table for 4 and also seating at the bar. The den offers a quiet area to work at a good size desk and there's a comfortable futon sofa bed for 1 person.
BED & BATH
This spacious home offers 3 large bedrooms. The master suite has a fabulous King bed with new, pillow-top mattress, 46” Smart TV and a huge en-suite bathroom with double vanity, large walk in shower and screened toilet. The guest wing has a king room with 37” HDTV and a further room with 2 double beds and 37” TV plus a full family bathroom. The living room leads to a large furnished balcony where you can enjoy a cool drink on warm evenings. Pack light! There is a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room in the unit.

We are super excited that the new Epic Universe Theme Park has opened across the street. However, the new park has brought a lot of growth to the area, and there are several construction projects around our resort. We want to be transparent about this and have also discounted the rate to compensate.

We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, it is in your House Manual, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.
LOCATION
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.

This property was perfect for our family. Very clean. Location was great. Would definitely consider staying here again. Close to the airport, International Drive, and Universal Studios.

This property is one of the cleanest I've stayed in, dust no where to be found! The couches and beds were extremely comfortable. Very close to everything! I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, this apartment is GREAT. the location is easy to get to and centrally located, the apartment is very large with plenty of room for our large family. The furniture is new and modern, the beds comfy and everything was very clean. I gave it 4/5 bc of the little details that i think the property manager should look into. For example, there is no hair dryer anywhere on site (this is a basic amenity people expect to have), the trash bags were the wrong size and didn't fit the trash can by at least half (inconvenient), there was ONE tiny (think Barbie size) soap in the bathroom, no spatula in the kitchen, no salt, and while there were extra pillows which came in handy but no pillow cases for these. In short, great place to stay and we would like to come back assuming the little details can get covered to make our stay more convenient.
