*Bag Drop Service, located at the Club House. Showers and changing rooms are available. Arriving early or departing late? Feel free to use this service for your convenience. This amenity is also exclusively provided by us here at Vista Cay Resort Direct by Millenium Management.
*Parking up to 6 cars during your stay. Electric Vehicle EV Charging Stations Available on property for a low fee via ChargePoint and another Service.
*Unlimited Access to all of the Resort’s Amenities including: Large Resort Pools (2 Pools, Heated during the winter months), Hot Tubs (2), Full Pool Bar, Fitness Center, 1.5 mile Jogging Trail Around the Lake, Conference Room Available on First Come First Serve Basis, Arcade Room, Playground, Kiddie Pool, Showers and Changing Rooms, Basketball Court, and Picnic Areas with BBQ Grills.

- 15 minute drive from the Airport (all highway)

- 9 minutes to Universal and Islands of Adventure (straight down Universal Blvd.)
- 5 minutes to Sea World. (You can see the fireworks from this Resort!)
- 2 minutes to the North/South Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center
- 50 Minutes to the nearest Beach, Cocoa Beach. (all highway)
- 10 Minutes to Both Prime Outlet Malls in Either Direction.
Pet Policy:
Vista Cay Community HOA allows dogs under 35 lbs only.
2 dogs maximum allowed per unit.
(No other types of pets are allowed to stay at Vista Cay)
$99 per pet, per stay
This fee goes to the cleaning company to perform the deep cleaning required for the health and safety of future guests.
Any potential, incidental damage caused by said pet(s) will be the responsibility of the guest of registration and will be charged to the credit card on file.
There is no fee for service animals.
A pet fee is still required for all ESA dogs.
If an unauthorized pet is discovered, a $250 charge will be added to the guest's credit card on file for pet-friendly units or potential immediate cancelation of the reservation and no refund for non-pet-friendly units.
HIGH CHAIR AND PACK AND PLAY RENTAL:
High Chairs and Pack and Plays are available upon request.
The rental price for each is $10 a day + tax.
This charge goes towards the purchase, delivery, upkeep, and sanitization of the items :)

Great locations. Just a few issues as downstairs beds were broken, the shower door downstairs was broken and there was no broom.

We came to Vista Cay for our boys volleyball tournament and this condo is 10 min walking distance which was exactly what we wanted. Our first day we noticed that a shelf in the fridge was broken and our cable box was not working. Management came within minutes. It did take a full day to get our cable working. There were also missing toilet paper holder things that management fixed immediately. It was just odd though and we didn't want to get charged for anything missing. We then realized that the description of the beds were wrong. In the pictures it has king, 2 queens and 2 fulls. In the worded description it says king, king, and two twins. I had emailed before check in to confirm exactly what they had and Vista Cay never emailed back. The listing is actually a King, 2 fulls and 2 fulls which we would have never booked due to 2 families staying here and we at least needed queen beds for the adults. Please be aware of this. I brought this to attention to Vista Cay and they refunded me one night stay. Other than those hiccups it was a great stay. The only other thing I would suggest is to have basic necessities in the kitchen like cutting boards and measuring cups. Very limited in the kitchen, but it worked out.
