Welcome to Harbour Place 413 directly on the white sands of Orange Beach! Enjoy the swim thru pool to have both a heated indoor pool with hot tub and additionally an outdoor pool on the hot summer days. Take advantage of the community grilling area and shaded patio after a day on the beach. This smaller complex is only five stories making it one of the less crowded condominiums in the area with covered and uncovered parking. This three bedroom, three bathroom condo sleeps 9 comfortably to ensure the whole family can enjoy the vacation together!
An open concept living space with light flowing in from the balcony welcomes you in. The living space is gorgeously decorated and features a sleeper sofa with flat screen TV. The dining table comfortably seats four ready for a family meal to be enjoyed. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and utensils to make meal times easy. You'll experience serene décor and breathtaking views from the balcony and main bedroom making Harbour Place 413 your vacation home away from home.

The Neighborhood:
Harbour Place complex is located on the beach and across the street from Gulf State Park. Cross the street and you are on Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail for a morning walk amongst the coastal terrain. If shopping or grabbing some fresh seafood is on the agenda, Lartigue's Original Fresh Seafood Market and Ron Jon Surf Shop are both within walking distance. Gulf State Park Pier is two-and-a-half miles to your west or the main drag of Orange Beach is three miles to your east to find additional restaurants, shopping, etc.
Guest Access:
The complex requires parking passes. The complex charges $30/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. Your parking pass will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out completely and place it visibly in your vehicle's dashboard. No parking of trailers, RVs or watercraft allowed onsite.

It was clean and plenty of room. Being a smaller complex the beach wasn't crowded. Great location and convenient to everything. The covered parking is great to beat the heat of a hot vehicle. We found a space in there most of the time. Probably the friendliest guests and staff we've ever had and we go every year. One of the 2 elevators was down which was a little inconvenient, but overall a really nice experience.

Maintenance needs to check the toilet in the master bath. It had a small leak that would cause the toilet to run every few minutes. Just something they may want maintenance to check out, due to water usage. Great room, though!

Loved the property, considering coming back to this same unit next year. Great location near grocery stores, restaurants, and being right on the beach is amazing!

The building is out of dat and needs some updating. The condo itself was just okay. The beds, sofa, and chair need to be replaced. They are dirty and uncomfortable. The bathrooms and laundry area were moldy! Location was great and the check in and check out was very easy. We will not stay again due to mold.
