Phoenix Gulf Towers 306 is a two-bedroom, three-bath condo that sleeps up to 10 guests. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers two queen sized bunk beds with built-in twin bunks on top.
In the living room, there is a queen-size sofa sleeper for additional guests. The well-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, and the dining area provides seating for six at the table, with four additional barstools at the breakfast bar. The living room is furnished with a large sectional that includes two swivel chairs, and there are flat-screen TVs throughout the unit. An electric fireplace adds a cozy touch to the living space.
The master bathroom includes a double vanity, a separate shower, and a Jacuzzi tub. The balcony overlooks both the pool and the Gulf of Mexico, with tile flooring and comfortable poly wood furniture for outdoor relaxation.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
