About this apartment rental
As soon as you enter this lovingly decorated unit, you’ll feel right at home. The spacious living area features plenty of seating around an enormous flatscreen TV, the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and showcase incredible views of the Gulf.
In the same open space, you’ll find the dining area. The dining table seats six for casual breakfasts, seafood dinners, and competitive game nights. Steps from the dining table is the heart of the home. The beautifully-designed kitchen overlooks the living area, so the chef in your family will always be a part of the action. It has tons of cabinetry for storing groceries, stainless steel appliances, and a huge breakfast bar that seats four. There is also a separate wet bar with an ice maker, the perfect spot to put out post-beach drinks and snacks.
This two-bedroom, three-bathroom home was thoughtfully designed to maximize space, comfortably sleeping up to ten guests. There is a King bed in the primary suite, while the guest bedroom has a Queen bed alongside a full bunk bed. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room and an in-unit washer and dryer.
Outside, you’ll love the private balcony overlooking the Gulf and the beach below. Dine al fresco at the outdoor table, then enjoy sunset drinks at the bar as you plan another fun day in Orange Beach.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax. Kids loved having a tv in their room. The kitchen and coffee bar had everything we needed. Loved access to washer/dryer.
There was some sand in the bedsheets which is somewhat understandable as we’re at the beach but were a little surprised to find it there upon arrival.
Would have enjoyed blackout curtains in the bedrooms as light from the hallway shown through all night long.
We were sad the outdoor pool slide was broken during our stay as our kids were so looking forward to playing on it.
Something happened in the master bathroom. When we arrived late Sunday night we used the shower as well as the bath. No problems at the time. Then after our first full day there on Monday … when we returned from a full day at the beach and pool there was water all over the master bath floor. We called maintenance and they said someone would come fix it but they never did. To avoid further problems, we did not use that shower or bath again.
Everything else was nice and easy.
