Offering 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this Orange Beach vacation home comfortably sleeps up to 13 guests. Three Seas Villa features include a fully stocked chef's kitchen and expansive living room seating to accommodate the whole family.
What's more, The Parks Edge community offers numerous family-friendly amenities, including an outdoor pool, deeded beach access nearby, and exclusive access to the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail through Rosemary Dunes. Nature enthusiasts enjoy trail runs, bike rentals, golf cart rides, and more!
Upon entering the main floor of Three Seas Villa, guests are welcomed into a bright and spacious open-plan living area that flows seamlessly into the dining space and fully equipped kitchen. Large windows and doors provide easy access to both a cozy front porch and an inviting outdoor patio, perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco. The main level also includes a serene bedroom with a king-sized bed and private en suite bath, a convenient powder room, and a laundry room, complete with a washing station and extra storage space for your beach gear.
Upstairs, the home features four more well-appointed bedrooms: a luxurious master suite with an en suite bathroom, an additional king bedroom with a twin sofa bed, a guest room furnished with a queen bed, and another guest room offering a set of bunk beds, ideal for families.
In addition to its well-considered layout, this Orange Beach getaway provides ample cozy seating both indoors and outdoors, ensuring every guest can relax in comfort. Each bedroom, along with the spacious living room, is equipped with a 55-inch smart TV, all connected to high-speed internet. We spent several nights of our girls trip in this home. It was comfortable for all of us. We utilized the beach wagon quite a bit but it really is the only things they have available for the beach or pool. You’ll need to bring or buy your own(we flew in from Colorado) and then haul it home or give it away to the next person. That was our biggest complaint so, over all, it was a great house and met our needs.

There we're activities for all ages to participate in and the pool was great! Received information on property on everything that we needed from the initial check-in process to the checkout process. Great communication before, during and even after our stay. We look forward to staying again!

This was the perfect getaway! The beach and walking trail are super close. There was hardly anyone on the beach. The home was adorable with everything we needed. Our family loved it! Thank you for making our vacation magical!
