This property was perfect for us and friends. There was just enough room and the kitchen was perfect equipt with everything to cook. The room was very clean. The beds were super comfy and the owners were great to talk to and getting back to us when we had a question. These owners really thought of everything!! Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, quick vacuum for sand. They had it all. This was an older property but this condo has been completely updated. It was perfect. The indoor / outdoor pool was great too. We will definitely book here again!

We have stayed at a few condos in GulfShores and this was our first visit to Orange Beach. This place was very clean. You could walk on the floors bare foot or in socks without being black from unclean floors. Very spacious! We had 5 adults and two small kids. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. The view was awesome! The furniture/mattresses were not lumpy with springs poking you. This condo provided beach towels, beach toys and boogie boards, which the kids enjoyed. The kitchen was stocked well, and they even had spices for our burgers that we grilled. I love that this condo owner’s thought outside the box and put themselves in the shoes of the beach goer!

Everything was great! We all enjoyed our stay. The grandchildren weren't ready to leave. To be honest, i wasn't either. The property is located is a great area. The beach is within walking distance. The parking garage is based on a first come first served basis. I saw vehicles without a parking permit. Other than that everything else was great. The location on a quieter section of private beach was so much nicer than the very crowded beaches outside of the large tower condos. Being able to just walk down a very short board walk to the beach was so convenient. We were central to everything we wanted to do. Check in was effortless and Rick was very responsive to any questions that we had. We have earmarked this property for future trips to Orange Beach!

Rick was a great host and provided answers to questions very quickly. The view on the balcony was awesome. The location was great and there was never any issues with crowding on the beach. We used the kitchen a few times during our stay and everything worked as expected. There were two items that needed improvement. One, the patio door is very difficult to open and two, the cleaning crew did not appear to clean the showers were well. Over all it was a good experinece.

6 of my friends and I stayed here for a weekend girl/mom trip and had a blast. The room had plenty of sleeping space for all of us and most importantly 3 full bathrooms! We were very comfortable and give the communication 5 stars also- very easy check in process. The owner left NICE beach chairs in the room and an umbrella so we did not have to pack one. The fact that the condo was smaller is a plus the walk was not long to the parking lot and the elevator is very close to the room.

We booked Sweet Retreats for a weekend getaway with family. I had ended up with my family of five and my cousins family of three, which two kids were 3 year olds. Needless to say, we asked for an early check-in because of this and Rick was so understanding and communicated almost immediately to my messages while also telling me every step of the way about when the cleaning crew started and finished so that we could check-in as soon as possible. As a mom, this was a huge lifesaver!! The condo was the perfect size because myself, my husband, and our 3 year old slept in one king bed, my cousin, his wife and their 3 year old in the other king bed, and then my other two kids got a room to themselves and a bed to themselves! For me, another huge bonus was the fact that each room has its own full bath!! Such a time saver! The location is great. The fact that there was an indoor and outdoor pool to cool off on when everyone got too hot was a major plus also! We are already booking our next trip to this condo for next summer! If I had to say anything “negative” even though it wasn’t really a big deal for us because we weren’t in the condo that much, was that the couch and loveseat aren’t very comfortable. But again, not a deal breaker for us at all! Thanks Rick and Shelly for a great place to stay while we soaked up the sun!

Rick and Shelly - It's almost impossible to find a 3-bedroom 3-bath that was in our price range, with an indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. The view was incredible and the beach as well. Providing beach chairs is such a nice touch, and your condo has so many added ammenities. We enjoyed our trip more than we thought possible, and look forward to returning next year. It was our first trip to Orange Beach. The property was great. Comfortable accommodations that included everything we needed for our stay. Everything was in great condition. The beds were comfortable. My husband and I really enjoyed having coffee on the balcony every morning. It is a quiet, family friendly destination. The beach itself is beautiful. Also convenient to area attractions. The people are friendly. We had a great time. We even lucked out and had great weather for our stay! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

This condo is beautiful! The balcony was a perfect place for breakfast and coffee while watching dolphins. There is private access to the beach which was the perfect place for our son to propose to his girlfriend. It was a fantastic trip! Thank you for sharing your place with us. First off, Rick was very friendly and easy to wirk with! Great host!!!! The condo was just as pictured! Cute and cozy! The beach was very close but the elevators make it feel a lot farther away (not the host's fault, Im jyst glad the condo had them!). We very much enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas that were provided (it saved on lots of room in the car)! The beds are all super firm but with time they will be broke in. The condo had just enough stuff provided for a 5 night stay with 6 guests so that made it super easy on us! It was a great place and would definitely stay here again!!!! I have to say I have stayed at in many condos over the years but this on was by far the best. It was so clean and organized. Beds we firm but comfortable bed sheets make all the difference and these were super soft. The indoor outdoor pool was fun for the kids and we enjoyed the hot tub. Beach access and view from the room could not have been better. You will need chairs and umbrellas unless you want to pay $40 a day for 1 umbrella and 2 chairs. Everything was perfect all the way down to the complimentary soaps and shampoos.
