Just steps from the beach IN Las Conchas! VRBO GOOGLE MAP PLACEMENT IS INCORRECT AT THIS TIME. This spacious studio can sleep up to 4. There is a Queen bed-sleeps 2, and 1 futon fold out bed- sleeps 2, best suited for smaller people. A full kitchen to prepare your own meals with stove , micro, coffee maker,. toaster, dishware, blender, sink, all amenities. TV has NETFLIX station and WI-FI is available, sometimes “Iffy” in Mexico. Tired of boring colors in your rentals? Enjoy the brilliant colors of Mexico in this traditional Pancho Villa Rental!
Common areas include an outside palapa with table and BBQ and outside bathroom. There are two, 2- man kayaks, free for your use. The third-floor patio with spiral stairs has an amazing view of the ocean. There is a full kitchen, BBQ, grill for large groups, shaded Patio Set, full dining table sits 6 and a bathroom to eliminate all those trips up and down the stairs. Night-time lights up Las Conchas with brilliant string lights. Our home is the closest to the front gate, 24 hour Guarded Entrance. SAFE PARKING, NO WORRY ABOUT VANDALISM OR THEFT!
Taxis, food delivery and catering are close and fast. We are easy to find, closer to town and popular areas, restaurants and beaches. Other homes in Las Conchas can be as far as 5 to 7 miles farther.
The SIX store has all basic foods, beer and ice. It is a must to dine at the new full-service restaurant, Los Patrones, next to the SIX store, serving excellent food and delivery in Las Conchas. All this is walking distance, maybe 2 blocks. One Car parking in back of home. Trailers will have to be parked at the Guard Gate. You will find yourself coming back to enjoy the pleasure this Suite offers as often as you can.

Place was great and like advertised. Wa sable to get in touch with managers quickly when our unit didn’t have a coffee maker and wifi code. The unit and NO paper towels. So just bring your own

Comfortable, quiet, close to beach.
Really enjoyed our stay.
Apt.#5 needs a coffee pot though.
Would define stay here again.
