The home comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. The master bedroom includes a queen bed and private bath. The second bedroom offers twin beds, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker (please bring your own K-cups), blender, toaster, microwave, and all the essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay.
OUTDOOR SPACES
Enjoy breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez from the spacious front deck, furnished with patio seating and a gas barbecue. The home also features 2 gas grills, an outdoor shower, beachfront access, and a large patio perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
WEDDINGS AND EVENTS
Casita de Paz is available as a wedding venue. For an additional $500, couples can celebrate their special day in a stunning oceanfront setting with space for a ceremony and reception in the expansive yard. Nearby accommodations make it easy for guests to stay close by.

The home includes satellite TV and DVD, radio, central heating and cooling, ceiling fans in every room, and parking for 2 vehicles.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $75 pet fee per pet. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Sheets and 1 set of bath towels are provided.
