COZY BEACHFRONT CASITA IN LAS CONCHAS, ROCKY POINT – Casita de Paz is a charming, true beachfront retreat in Las Conchas, Rocky Point (Puerto Peñasco), Mexico. With stunning ocean views and a peaceful setting, this cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is perfect for a quiet seaside escape or a beautiful, budget-friendly destination wedding, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests.
BEDROOMS – The master bedroom includes a queen bed and a private bathroom, while the second bedroom offers twin beds — ideal for families or friends traveling together.
KITCHEN & DINING – The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker (bring your own K-cups), blender, toaster, microwave, and all the essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay.
OUTDOOR SPACES – Enjoy breathtaking Sea of Cortez views from the spacious front deck, furnished with patio seating and a gas barbecue. Two gas grills, an outdoor shower, and direct beachfront access complete the outdoor experience.
WEDDINGS & EVENTS – Casita de Paz is available as a wedding venue for an additional $500, offering an oceanfront setting with space for both ceremony and reception in the expansive yard — with nearby accommodations for out-of-town guests.
ENTERTAINMENT & COMFORT – Satellite TV with DVD player, radio, central heating and cooling, and ceiling fans in every room ensure a comfortable stay, with parking available for 2 vehicles.

Overall, great stay! Location was wonderful. Steps to the beach and porch with views was amazing. Furniture a bit uncomfortable but place was clean and had basic necessities.

Beach view was partially obstructed and there was very noisy construction next door - all day, every day.Had we known about the construction we would have chosen another property.
