CONTEMPORARY BEACH HOME IN LAS CONCHAS, ROCKY POINT – Los Tocayos is a luxurious, modern beach house in the desirable Las Conchas area of Rocky Point (Puerto Peñasco), Mexico, blending contemporary design with easy, steps-away beach access. This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and offers high-end style in a relaxing coastal setting.
BEDROOMS – The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed, a private bathroom with a marble shower, a walk-in closet, and a TV. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with its own private bath, while the third bedroom includes a queen bed with a bathroom just across the hall.
LIVING AREA – Filled with natural light, the living area features a large leather couch and a dining table that comfortably seats the whole group. Unwind with a Smart TV for streaming, blackout curtains for added privacy, and a landline available for guest use.
KITCHEN & LAUNDRY – A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a Keurig machine (bring your own K-cups) makes cooking easy. A washer and dryer are conveniently located nearby, and guests have access to a 2-car garage.
OUTDOOR SPACE – The beautifully landscaped yard offers a peaceful outdoor retreat with patio furniture perfect for relaxing in the sun and sea breeze. Stairs lead up to an elevated deck offering stunning, elevated views of the ocean.
PET-FRIENDLY – Los Tocayos is pet-friendly upon approval, with a $75 fee per pet. No smoking permitted inside.

We have stayed at this house several times. Always a good stay. Great Value. A few short steps to the beach. Love the ability to rent a beach shade, chairs and cooler to be set up on the beach. We would love the light above the dining table to be fixed.

House was clean everything there needed for a comfortable stay. Had a good nights sleep due to dark blinds and comfy bed/pillows. We were booked for a 5 night stay but unfortunately we had a freak accident and had to leave early. Chuck was nice enough to offer a 1 night reimbursement in which we truly appreciated looking forward to booking in future

Great stay. Did not mind not being on the beach front because it was a short distance past the other houses to the beach. Check in at office was easy.

The house and stay were nice! House was missing some kitchen essentials! A couple nobs for the stove were broken! The room next to the kitchen wasn’t clean properly. A water bottle and cockroach were found underneath the bed! The backyard light didn’t work. Also when drying ourself after showing the towels would leave a burning sensation. The WiFi also did go out Saturday night we had no way of contacting anyone.
