This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom second-floor condo is located in River Strand Golf & Country Club and includes full golf membership privileges, giving guests access to championship golf and a wide range of resort-style amenities.
Inside, the open floor plan creates a comfortable space for relaxing and spending time together. The updated kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and a breakfast bar that is perfect for a quick meal or morning coffee. A breakfast nook and dining area provide additional seating for meals.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds and its own flat-screen TV. With more than 1,000 square feet of living space, Sunny Life offers plenty of room for a couple, family, or small group.
The property provides convenient access to Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, shopping, dining, and Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast beaches, making it easy to enjoy both resort living and everything the surrounding area has to offer.

Guests receive membership privileges at River Strand Golf & Country Club, including access to the 27-hole Arthur Hills championship golf course, resort-style pools, fitness facilities, tennis and pickleball courts, clubhouse dining, and scenic walking and biking paths.
Your reservation may require completion of a non-refundable Homeowners Association application that requests personal details.
Furry friends are welcome. A maximum of two pets is permitted, with a $200 non-refundable pet fee per pet paid directly to the management company.

Our stay was only average at best. Mattresses were substandard and left my husband and I with backaches. Only four bath towels and one had a stain. TVs had issues and was not handled well by Gulf Coast.
