The home is perfectly located within a few minutes of I-75, just 15-20 minute drive to Florida's most renowned, white sand beaches like Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key Beach, Lido Beach or Longboat Key with a great little beach restaurants and tiki bars. 5 minutes from Ellenton Outlet Mall, 10 minutes UTC Mall, 20 minutes from beautiful downtown of Sarasota. Sarasota airport 20 minutes, Tampa airport 45 minutes.
GOLF MEMBERSHIP can be transfer for one month stay or longer. With membership you will have access to the golf, tennis, pickle-ball, gyms, restaurant, Tiki bar, all pools and all sports activities (Zumba classes, aqua aerobic, tennis and golf classes…) + car sticker for easier entrance through gate. Extra charge for Golf fee for each golf round (price is by the season) and classes tennis, golf, joga, .... Fee $573 is per stay and family (parents with kids under 21y old) and is not included in the rental rate.
Pet friendly property. A $150 per pet per stay fee would be incurred for guest with pets.
Non smoking.
Renters are asked to spend a minimum of $100/month in the Club Restaurant and/or Pool Tiki Bar. This minimum applies to food purchases only, does not include beverages of any kind or gratuity.
Owner prefer full month rent during season (January - March).
Reservation must be carried out minimum 15 days before tenant arriving, it are our area rules. You can ask for an exception, if will be possible.

Great location, Walmart is just down the road for groceries. Easy to get around. Pool was perfect right by a pond with wild life to watch as you sunned. I had my cats.

Our 2nd level condo was perfectly furnished and equipped to make our month stay as comfortable as possible! Even our trips to Holmes Beach were made easy as the condo came equipped with a beach buggy and chairs! The only complaint (can’t please everyone!) was the bed in the main bedroom: we found it a little too soft for our liking. Our property manage Simona was extremely fast in replying back when we had any questions (a few at first) or issues (1 or 2 minor that were handled immediately). We’ve rebooked for 2023!

Management was very responsive. The unit was well furnished. We could have used a little more cleaning supplies but this may be nitpicking. Overall we'd do it again.
