This residence had 1930 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas, informal and formal dining areas, full kitchen, utility room and a double garage. Beautiful tile flooring throughout this open floor plan.

Very conveniently located to I-75, 15 minutes north of Sarasota and 25 minutes from St. Petersburg.

The communication was phenomenal. We had all the check in information needed ahead of time. Directions were clear and had no issues gaining access to the gated community or the property. The property was very clean. It was great to have two tables with chairs to use for meals. The owner had many things on site which were so thoughtful including a hair dryer, clothes steamer and beach activities. The communication with the owner was amazing. He answered any questions promptly. Thanks for a great stay! Will recommend to others and will stay here on future trips.

This house was fabulous but major problem if you don’t have own transport. It’s in the middle of nowhere and cost us a fortune to go anywhere . Pool advertised is about a mile from house very difficult to walk in heat.
