River Strand Golf and Country Club (located in the Heritage Harbour district and close to I-95) – all club facilities included with payment of a separate transfer fee - 27-holes of Arthur Hill’s challenging golf – 2 resort pools and 7 community pools – 2 fully-equipped gyms – 9 Har-Tru tennis courts – 8 pickle courts – club house with casual and formal dining, library, card and pool room – walking and jogging trails at River Strand and within Heritage Harbour - all in a gated community.
Bradenton area – easy access to Anna Marie Island and Longboat Key for beautiful gulf beaches and perfect sunsets at the Beach House Restaurant – arts, shops, dining and the Riverwalk in downtown Bradenton – short drive to Sarasota, Siesta Key, St. Armand’s Circle and SRQ airport – shopping at the University Town Centre and Ellenton Outlet Mall - North to St. Petersburg/Tampa for more beaches, shopping and MLB baseball, NFL football, NHL hockey, as well as spring training teams all round – easy drive to Orlando for Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and other major attractions. This condo upgraded the furnishings and finishes. We want this to be a ‘home away from home’ for guests and a place you look forward to staying at. We love the South-facing Veranda that overlooks a lake with lots of wildlife and the long 3rd hole on the Estuary Course. The sunrises can be spectacular. The Main Living Room has recliners and a very relaxing sofa, dining table and a breakfast nook. We offer WIFI, phone, full range of TV channels, ROKU and the ability to have a remote office (with a Laser printer on site). Our Kitchen will please even the most discerning chef with all the appliances, equipment, crockery and utensils you could possibly need. The Master Suite has king bed, sofa and TV, 2 large walk-in closets and a spacious bathroom. The Guest Rooms, with a queen and king/2 single options, are separated from the Master, have water views from the back of the condo, and a shared bathroom. There is a laundry room and private garage. We also provide 2 bikes at no additional cost. Small pets are welcome but smoking is definitely not allowed. The local community pool is a short walk away.

Jim & Susan’s home is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything one would need and more. The lanai view of large pond & tee box is breath taking, both sunrises & sunsets may be enjoyed. Both the home owners and property managers were helpful, informative, and made our stay easy. I will be returning!

Jim and Susan’s condo was such a joy to come back to each day . The furnishings, view and neighborhood at River Strand could not have been better. We missed it when we had to leave when our house closed. Anyone looking for a short or long stay will not be disappointed. It is perfect!

Upon arrival the unit was just as described. Very big and spacious coach home, equipped with everything one would need for a feel at home stay... right down to the beach chairs and bikes. Location could not have been better located, views of water from front and back. A few minor hiccups with some of the appliances that were a minor nuisance that will be needing attention were really the only negatives. The neighbors downstairs were more that friendly and we’re available for questions and help if needed. The place was quiet and private enough if that’s what you require, shopping and restaurants were close nearby. The property management company were very attentive to any of my needs. All in all a comfortable place for an extended stay. R S
