About this house rental
We purchased this house in 2021 as a full time rental. We decided we were going to renovate and in the process we really fell in love with this house and it's location. The house welcomes you with a bright Florida feel.
We've decided that we are going to stay in the home next winter. In the meantime we have made this the best vacation home to share with guests. The home is bright with fantastic views of the Manatee River. We are close to a marina and several restaurants. Cross the Green bridge to get to downtown Bradenton with its Saturday Farmers market, all is pubs and restaurants. All within walking distance.

The property and location was great and convenient. There wasn’t enough room for our trailer as it is very large 30 foot boat. The marina told us that it wasn’t safe to drop our trailer overnight. So due to it being a rainy week we didn’t stay. If you weren’t as large as us it probably would be fine.

This was in a perfect location for us to visit family in Bradenton. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. The screened in porches and view of the river were added bonus! Nearby playground, restaurants and grocery took care of everything we needed.
