Whether looking for fun on the water, fishing or just a relaxing getaway, you will love this beautifully updated condo and the convenient location!
The unit is located one flight of stairs down from parking, but you can walk straight from the patio with zero stairs to access the dock or drop a fishing line right off the seawall that is only a few feet in front of the condo.
So inviting and the view is captivating!... enjoy the lake from the living room, from the large covered patio and even while laying in bed. This unit is crisp and clean with LVP flooring throughout, remodeled bathroom with walk-in shower, new stainless appliances and new quartz kitchen counter.
The small complex includes a community pool and is literally walking distance from Shorty Pants where you can grab some grub or get your party going. Other nearby lakefront favorites include Margaritaville, Red Head Yacht Club/High Tide, Dog Days, and Backwater Jacks, and this central Osage Beach location is only a short drive to just about everything else! Head north to Encore or to enjoy all that the Bagnell Dam Strip has to offer, or go south to Camdenton where you will find endless opportunities for fun at The Cave, NautiFish, Larrys on the Lake or the Ozarks Amphitheater.

We took a family trip for my 30th birthday and the condo was exactly what we wanted. Super clean, exactly as pictured, everything was in working order, and the complex/neighborhood was quiet which was nice since we traveled with kids. Would definitely stay here again!

Host was very attentive. You will enjoy it here. Wish there were some toiletries. Stairs were rough, but experience was relaxing

Your condo was beautiful and very convenient to our event but the guest bedroom mattress certainly needs improvement, very uncomfortable, and should be replaced. And to only provide one not-full roll of bathroom tissue was in very poor taste. Felt you should know to improve your condo offerings.
