Welcome to Barcelona! We hope you have a wonderful stay in our flat. Please follow these simple guidelines:
1. Be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10PM. Avoid slamming doors and making noise in hallways.
2. No parties allowed. Disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
3. Upon check-out, leave keys on the table and pull the door shut. Always lock the door with the key when leaving the flat.
4. No smoking inside the apartment.
5. Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment to conserve energy.
6. Additional cleaning and bedding can be arranged for longer stays, but please request this when booking.
7. Tourist tax of €10.45 per night per guest applies to those over 16, for up to 7 days.
8. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. Monday to Friday: 8PM - 12AM - €40; After 12AM - €60. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: Until 8PM - €30; After 8PM - €60 (paid in cash or by card).
9. Check-out time is 11AM. Luggage can be left in the apartment if no other reservations are pending.
10. Lost keys will result in a charge for changing the lock.
11. On your last day, please wash the dishes and take out the garbage.

Best stay in Barcelona - just by the beach!
We just visited, 3 adults and two kids. Very smooth booking & check-in, awesome staff, fantastic apartment. We will def. be staying at the apartment next time visiting.

Great place, perhaps the best location in Barcelona. Easy access to beach and city. The rooms are lovely, the welcome sincere. Noisy street at all hours, but not a surprise given the central location. We'll be back!

Great stay all round. I arrived at 1am and this was no problem for the host who was there to let me in and show me around. The apartment was very clean and was 30 seconds walk to the seafront. Ideally located for thos wanting to be close to both shops, restaurants, and beach. Very spacious and perfect for a small family or two couples. Bedrooms both had an en-suite bathroom and were far enough apart in the flat for good privacy. Would definitely recommend.
