Uma Suites Barceloneta Beach

The location is great, just a 5-minute walk from Barceloneta Beach. That being said, the apartment itself meets all our needs. It is comfortable, well-equipped, and we even received a small welcome gift, which was a lovely touch. Another positive point is that it was very easy and quick to get in touch with the owner, who was responsive and helpful.

The area itself is extremely noisy. This wouldn’t have been such a big problem if the windows were properly soundproofed, but unfortunately, the apartment has old wooden-framed windows, and it honestly felt like there were no windows at all. So, if you need a quiet environment to sleep, I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here. Even earplugs probably won’t be enough. We got somewhat used to the noise by the second night, but every night we still woke up several times, either because of barking dogs or drunk people shouting in the street.

Size and location were great

The induction plate was terrible to use, and there were a lot of fruit flies when we got to the property. Also, the master bedroom in room 2 we couldn’t close the door as the bed was blocking it. This was really disappointing as there was no privacy.

It was super convenient, had everythjng we needed.

the property is in real need of some attention, the kitchen is ‘tired’, the cupboard contents need replenishing!! only one good size mug and 2 teaspoons!!! shower head attachment broken, wouldn’t hang up! small things that let it down! couple of air fresheners wouldn’t go a miss!
