Very good location. Nice part of the town. Very close to the beach and also to the city.
Twin bed is not so comfortable for a couple. Other than this there was nothing else negative.

Great location and a cosy, very functional apartment. Perfect for a couple. There is plenty of room to place luggage so moving around is easy and not cramped. All the appliances are functioning very well, the tubs and sinks drain quickly and the water pressure and temperature is great. The beds are cosy, although I would have liked the option of lighter blankets as it is already pretty warm outside.
The cost/value ratio could be better. The furniture and decoration is very practical but somewhat spartan. I did not mind climbing the narrow stairs to the 5th floor with luggage, but for some guests it may be a problem. The guests are asked to leave a deposit before check-in, and throw the trash and wash dishes upon checkout. That is all reasonable and fine, but for the price, I feel I could have found a lot better.

Great location and a view from the balcony.
We were on the 5th floor and the stairs are no joke. Don’t bring a checked bag! The beds weren’t that comfortable with only 1 pillow. Not many supplies.
