Fabulous location in the heart of Born, a vibrant area to stay and close to the Picasso museum. Very attentive hosts. Small but comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Clean, well equipped kitchenette. Washing machine was useful. Would definitely stay again.
The bathroom was a bit small.

Cosy and charming apartment, building, location. Everything good is close: supermarket, restaurants, zoo, museums, beach, etc.

Schon beim Betreten der Wohnung waren wir sprachlos vor Begeisterung: es zeigte sich eine stylische, lichtdurchflutete Wohnung (zwei Balkone mit toller Sicht in die Nachbarschaft und die Umgebung von El Born). Der reduzierte Stil in einem relativ neuen Gebäude, das sich fantastisch in die alte Umgebungsbebauung einfügte, gab einem das Gefühl von Sicherheit und Stil. Super Aufzug (4. Stock), kleine Dachterrasse mit Wasch/Trocknermöglichkeit, Lage im wunderschönen Zentrum von El Born. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause.
Das zum Bett umgebaute Sofa hat gequietscht.

Cleanliness was an issue. We stayed there for 4 days and there was no proper housekeeping during our stay.
