Marta, the host, was excellent. Very responsive when asked questions. The location was ideal. Plenty of space for a family of 4.

Gut aufgeteilte Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern zum seitlichen Innenhof. Sehr gute Lage in El Born. Gute Infrastruktur ... Shops und Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Etwas rudimentäre Ausstattung im Küchenbereich. Es fehlt ein Wasserkocher. Grundausstattung aus Salz und Pfeffer fehlen. Das ist schade.

The location is excellent. The layout of the flat was great with plenty of room in the sitting/dining room and good size bedrooms. There was laundry left drying in the living room - we put it in the dryer so that was taken care of. There were no replacements for toilet paper. The only cleaning supplies was kitchen soap, so we had no way to clean up the bathrooms or counters for full weeks stay. There was no dustpan, but there was a broom. We bought a sponge since the one provided was used, old and dirty. We also bought a kitchen roll as none was provided. There is no kettle or coffee machine. The dishware and cooking pots were adequate although well used. The main bathroom was nice with a tub; the second was much smaller with no bath/shower so we shared.

A kettle would have made a big difference for coffee/tea and washing up. A spare roll of toilet paper would have been appreciated.
