La ubicación, y la buena comunicación de los administradores antes de llegar se ocupan que tu estadía sea lo mejor, disipando todas las dudas que tengas, y ante cualquier consulta te responden enseguida. Y el sistema de cerradura electrónica, es genial.

La pared de vidrio de división entre el baño y la cocina, pero no es relevante, para vacacionar, esta muy bueno.

Perfect location and amazing view ..very clean spacious well equipped apartment and also very helpful staff if anything needed.. couldn’t recommend enough .. will be back. Thank you Stay Unique

All was great

Hervorragende Lage, direkt am Hafer, am Promenade. Geschäfte, Bars, Restaurants un der Nähe. Bus vor dem Haus. U-Bahn in 5 mit zu Fuß. Wohnung gut ausgestattet,

Matratze am großen Bett sehr weich, man schläft in einer Grube. Allgemein ziemlich gepflegt, aber nicht sauber, Staubschicht auf den Möbeln. Wenn Nachbarn das Klo spülen, hört es sich so an, als würde jemand in der Wohnung duschen.

Even though I paid 50 euros extra for an early check-in at 11 a.m, i had to call the company to activate the code manually,, because the system did not recognize the payment. However, a very helpful English-speaking agent was able to get us into the apartment.

A few notes about the Van Gogh Apartment: The center and right hand lights over the kitchen are very dim. There is no spatula among the kitchen cooking utensils. The toilet seat is broken; a screw in the hinge has worked loose. The bottom section of the sofa keeps opening for some reason. There is barely enough hot water for two showers within 30 minutes. In general, the apartment shows signs of wear and lack of maintenance. The light shades along the long wall are crushed and need replacing. The wall itself has obviously not been painted in a long time. The accent wall looks like it was recently painted but not the rest of the apartment. The rest of the walls have dark scuff marks, and the baseboards show damage. We have stayed at the Van Gogh Apartment since 2016, and we still love the location and the layout. But the price has increased substantially while the condition of the apartment has declined. I doubt that we will consider the Van Gogh again the next time we visit Barcelona.
