• Pet fee: $150 per animal per stay.
• For security purposes, a doorbell camera, one camera in the garage, one camera facing the pool equipment, and one camera on the left side of the villa facing the fence gate are installed. There are no cameras inside the house or on the pool deck. Full privacy is guaranteed.

The house is spacious. The pool deck is very comfortable and accommodating. My family enjoyed our stay. The owner charges .20 cents plus tax for energy usage. We used about 1000 k/w for a week. We didn’t use the hot tub or pool heater. If you use the grill and clean it, you will still be charged $50. The master bed had a new mattress topper, but it didn’t hide the dents on each side. I found myself rolling to the outside of the mattress every night. The fitted sheet was clean, but had stains on it. The house is in a good location, and I would recommend staying.

Four friends had a great stay. Spacious well appointed house with lots of room to spread out and relax - by the pool, in the hot tub, on the deck or in the great room. Ample bathrooms and televisions. Very nice property.

This home is fantastic! Our group of six (6) had an amazing stay. House was very clean, stocked with everything you need for your stay! Large kitchen to cook in. All beds are comfortable and have their own large smart TVs, bathrooms fully stocked with towels and essentials. The main room was perfect for a large group with a huge smart TV screen, pool table (which we used quite often) and game area. The heated pool/ hot tub lanai area is amazing with beautiful water views and plenty of seating & table space. Home is close and convenient to many restaurants, bars and shopping. The host was very accommodating and responded immediately to any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home! You will not be disappointed!!!
