The space
The home is in prestigious southwest Cape Coral, boasts over 2,000 square ft in a single-story (the entire home is wheelchair accessible) with a king master bedroom, a queen bedroom and dual twin bedroom. Additionally, there is a pack-and-play crib available for families with little ones and a futon sleeper couch in the office!
The home offers a private, fenced in yard featuring a lanai over the expansive pool patio. There you’ll find an oasis with views of palm trees, heated saltwater pool with southern exposure, tons of seating and lounge chairs, and gas bbq grill! The white vinyl fence is perfect for privacy while swimming and keeping pets and children within!
Make yourself at home in the kitchen which offers all the essentials, in addition to an InstantPot, waffle maker, toaster, blender, panini grill and more! Lastly, there is a private office space for those who work remotely or are students. Come stay awhile!

The location was perfect for us, first time snowbirders. It’s a quiet neighborhood and very walkable. Close to Sands Park for pickleball! We made an occasional trip to Ft Myers which took 20-30 minutes. The king size bed was super comfortable. The kitchen had almost everything we needed. The pool was fabulous. We had a few minor hiccups - the outside outlet (for the TV) didn’t work, the gas tank for the grill ran out after about three uses and we had to get it replaced ourselves (the owner reimbursed us right away), the switches weren’t labeled and we never did figure out how to turn on the light or fan in the living room, and the pool surround was not swept nor the grill cleaned well. The patio slider was also very heavy - a bit of a workout to go in and out. It was also nice to have an office (and monitor) as we did work a few days. We saw no alligators but plenty of burrowing owls!
