Villa Blue Heaven Rendezvous - Gorgeous 4 BR/ 2 bath villa with heated pool and spa, fully fenced backyard, and bicycles located in desirable SW Cape Coral close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Sleeps 8 - owners allow one non-shedding dog up to 50 lbs. - we ask for pre-approval, please. A pet fee of $80 may apply.
We are a professional local property management company and are available 24/7 if needed.
Our property manager will stop by the morning after your arrival for a brief check-in and to answer any questions you may have.
You will have the entire house to yourself and will not need to share any spaces. Check-in is self-service via an access code, which will be sent to you one week before your arrival.
Villa Blue Heaven Rendezvous is set in a very quiet, friendly neighborhood, just a short distance from shopping and dining. Love a slow ride? Hop on the bicycles and pedal to the Surfside Shopping Mall for lunch, coffee or a sweet ice cream cone — it's that easy and that close.
One week prior to your arrival, we will provide all the information you need for a smooth check-in. We will also arrange a convenient time for a brief meet-and-greet at the house with our property manager.
Throughout your stay, our property manager will be available by phone or email to assist with any questions or needs.

In the winter months, the pool heaters are preset to 86°F for your arrival. You are welcome to adjust the temperature to your liking during your stay.
