This home will give you serenity, as it is in a quiet neighborhood but centrally located close to many shops & Restaurants at nearby Surfside, as well as plenty of walking and biking paths. This gorgeous home has many amenities promising a great vacation!
As soon as you come through the door, you will be entering a large great room with a wide-open floor plan, offering breathtaking views to your beautiful pool area. The family room is open to the kitchen and dining area with a gorgeous table which seats 8 comfortably. The four panel sliding glass doors open completely thus giving you an indoor-outdoor living space. The heart of the home is the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and bar fridge, as well as its visually striking island with 4 stools for great entertaining.
This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 45 minutes to Fort Myers Beach, or Sanibel Island and about 50 minutes to Florida International Airport, depending on traffic and time.

We enjoyed our stay at Del Sol. The house is very clean and has everything you need for dining in. The pool and hot tub are both very nice and relaxing. We enjoyed our family vacation here and would definitely return to this property in the future.
