In the heart of La Cala de Mijas, very popular area, very pleasant Penthouse located in a luxury residence, beautiful and large community with a magnificent garden with a large swimming pool and a children's pool
The residence borders the Noria golf course.
The apartment has an excellent location, within walking distance of the beach, shops and the many bars and restaurants of Cala de Mijas.
The bus stop is less than a 10-minute walk away.
The supermarkets are a 5-minute walk away as well as the market 2 times a week. You will therefore be able to make all your trips without having the use of a car.
The modern and comfortable apartment has a large living room very sunny. The kitchen is fully equipped with all comforts, washing machine, dishwasher...
You will have 2 bedrooms with large closets. The master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom, another bathroom is present for the 2nd bedroom.
All rooms have access to the superb 100m² terrace that wraps around the apartment.

This was one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in.
It was spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable. The terrace is huge and gives you fantastic views.
The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.
The complex is gated and very secure. As I was holidaying alone this was a great comfort to me.
It is only a 10/15 minute walk away from shops, bars, beach etc.
This was one of the best holidays I've had in a very long time.
The host Chantal is a lovely lady and is very helpful and responds to messages very quickly.
I enjoyed it so much that I have already booked 2 holidays there for next year in April and October and cannot wait to return.
