About this apartment rental

Nice and quiet 2½-room apartment on the ground floor, 71m2, facing north. Living/dining room with a sofa bed for one person (120x200). Terrace. Phone, radio, TV and Internet. Open kitchen with dishwasher and oven. Chicco d'Oro coffee machine. Bath/toilet/sink. Double room with double bed (160x200). Modern and comfortable furnishing. Shared laundry room and ski room. Garage (height 195 cm). Animals are not allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Pro Silvaplana was built in 1995. The houses are located on the edge of the centre of Silvaplana. Cross-country skiing runs and hiking trails are in the surrounding area. The Corvatsch mountain, skiing area in the winter and starting point of beautiful hiking trips in the summer, is in the neighbouring village Surlej, 700 m away. A huge variety of physical activities can be practised in St. Moritz, 5 km away. During the season busses run every half hour in any direction.

The staff at Loga were so helpful and friendly. Arrival and checkin was effortless. We loved our stay and would like to come back next year. Everyone at Logo was very friendly and helpful. We had to get some snowboarding gear sent and they let us send it to the office. They even offered to drive my son back to the apartment as the box was quite large. We couldn't have asked for a better service. Thank you. The apartment was beautiful. Everything was clean and comfortable. We were very happy.

Sehr unkompliziert, spontane Buchung möglich. Sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend. Alles Nötige war da, Handseife, Abfallsack, Spülmaschinentabs etc. Danke fürs Geschenk! Die Matratze ist sehr weich, gewöhnungsbedürftig. Kleine Kopfkissen wären besser, in den grossen erstickt man. Sehr schöne Dekoration, vielleicht mit Kindern ein Risiko.

Die Möglichkeit, 2-3 Tage vor dem Aufenthalt kostenlos E-Tickets für den ÖV zu bestellen, ist grossartig. Nicht alleine aus Kostengründen, sondern dass man das Thema Ticket lösen vergessen kann. Pro Woche ein Set Frottée Wäsche wäre ideal. Bettwäsche 1 Set für 2 Wochen reicht völlig.

Ein kleiner Wäscheständer wäre super um Badekleider oder Tücher kurz auf der Terrasse trocknen zukönnen.
