APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Sunny 2 ½-room apartment on 1st Floor, 55 m2, quiet location. Living / dining room with exit to the balcony and a sofa bed (170x200). Mountain and lake view. Radio and TV, closed kitchen with dishwasher and oven. Bathroom with toilet/double sink / bath, double bedroom (double bed with two single mattresses 2x90x195) with exit on the balcony. Comfortable furnishings. Garage. Laundry room and ski room. Non smoking.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Chesa Tscheppa is a recently renovated Engadine house at the edge of the village centre. Cross-country ski runs and hiking trails are in the surrounding area. The sports centre Mulets is reachable within 5 minutes by foot. The Corvatsch mountain is in the neighbouring village Surlej. Busses run in the winter season evry half hour in any direction. A huge variety of physical activities can be practised in St. Moritz, 5km away.

Efficient staff speaking excellent English. Helpful answers to questions. Despite printed instructions, garage parking was difficult to find initially. -3 level not convenient especially taking turns. Difficult to find way out on foot the first time. retrospectively, it would have been easier if someone from Loga had met us on the spot. - Lack of documentation in English or French explaining equipment use (TV - mainly German channels, toilet, dishwashing machine, laundry, kitchen sink, etc.) - Only one lid for 3 or 4 saucepans - fit one only - Wifi worked well Clean, comfortable, well located in Silvaplana, nice equipment

Unbürokratische Schlüsselübergaben (via Bahnschalter und deponieren beim Abreisen in der Wohnung) haben uns Umwege erspart. Danke! Kaffeekapseln für die Caffitalia-Maschine kann man im Dorf nirgends kaufen; zum Glück fanden wir in der Küche eine zweite Maschine, zu der wir im Volg-Laden passende Kapseln kaufen konnten. Alles bestens; optimale Lage für Nicht-Automobilisten (Einkaufen, Restaurants, Einkaufen)
