About this apartment rental

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

2½-room apartment on the ground floor, ca. 68m2. Living/dining room with a fold-out bed for 2 people and a fire place. Separate kitchen with dishwasher and oven. Coffee maschine CHICCO D'ORO. South facing terrace with a view of the mountains. Radio and TV. Bedroom with king-size bed. Bath/toilet/double sink. New and comfortable furnishing. Garage. Shared washroom and ski room. Animals are not allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Chesa Romana is a typical Engadine house built in 1993, located on the edge of the village centre. Cross-country skiing runs and hiking trails are in the surrounding area. The sports centre Mulets is reachable within 5 minutes by foot. The cableway Corvatsch is in the neighbouring village Surlej. Busses run in the winter season every half hour in any direction. A huge variety of sports can be practised in St. Moritz, 5km away.

Auch ohne persönlichen Kontakt klappt es gut Alles gut Schöne Wohnung und gut eingerichtet! Einzig: in der Küche Vorhänge oder ein Plissé-Rollo am Fenster, das gegen die Strasse zeigt (Parterre) wären gut… während der Dunkelheit ist man dort sehr ‚ausgestellt‘

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht, es ging dann sehr schnell. Es ist eine gemütliche und ruhige Wohnung mit einer guten Ausstattung. Es war alles sauber. Die Wohnung liegt nahe beim Dorfzentrum und der Bus Haltestelle. Etwas gestört haben uns die Stromsparlampen, welche erst nach einigen Minuten Licht abgeben, könnte mal mit LED ersetzt werden. Wir können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Wer sich für Kunst interessiert, findet in der Wohnung verschiedene interessante Objekte (Bilder, Figuren, Plastiken). Sehr schön! Dass es bei einem zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt nicht Standard ist, dass es eine kleine Zwischenreinigung mit Wechsel von Bett- und Frottéewäsche gibt, hat uns überrascht. Wir würden denn empfehlen, dies zum Standard zu machen. Vielen Dank für die freundliche Betreuung!
