Object: Studio apartment on the ground floor, approx. 35 m2, in a quiet, sunny south-facing position. Entrance with kitchenette, fridge and microwave, coffee machine. Nice living/dining room with separate sleeping area. Radio, TV, internet and telephone. Bath/WC/lavabo. Comfortable furnishing. Washer/dryer combo machine. One parking space in the underground garage Munterots. Non-smoking flat. Pets are not allowed. HOUSE DESCRIPTION The Chesa dal Güglia, was built in Engadine style and last renovated in 2019. The house is situated in the centre of Silvaplana, in a quiet and sunny location. Cross-country skiing trails can be found 100m away. Hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity. The sports centre Mulets is about 5 minutes walk away, where sports like curling, skating, ice hockey, tennis, strength and endurance training, sailing and surfing can be practised. In the sports centre there is a nice restaurant and camping facilities. The Corvatsch, skiing area in winter and starting point of many hikes in summer, is located on the right side of the lake in the village part Surlej, about 700m away. The sports bus leaves every half hour in all directions in winter. Many other winter and summer sports can be practised in St. Moritz, 5 km away. Location description: Silvaplana – the young and lively hotspot in the Engadin   Surrounded by beautiful, unspoilt scenery and nestling in the expansive lake-strewn landscape of the Upper Engadin, this leisure paradise has firmly established itself as an international hotspot for sailing enthusiasts, windsurfers and kiters. After all, better conditions are not to be found far and wide. Whether in summer or winter, the Maloja wind causes the colourful kites to dance across the waves or ice on Lake Silvaplana. Directly behind the lake towers the village’s very own mountain, the Corvatsch (3303m/10,836ft), which attracts hikers, free skiers and snowboarders. However, guests can also enjoy their holiday here far removed from such thrill-packed action by relaxing and reenergising in the inspiring Engadin Alpine world.
