You're walking distance to Nashville's hottest bars, live music+loads of restaurants. You are a short ride to Broadway (5 min), 12 South, The Gulch, +more. If you are looking for a luxury hotel accommodation, then you may want to look elsewhere, but if you are looking for an authentic Nashville experience on Historic Music Row, then this is the place for you!
The Space:
Experience Nashville like a TRUE LOCAL here on Music Row. This historic apartment is housed inside a 8-unit complex on Music Row - it doesn’t get more Nashville than that! Walk out your front door right onto Music Row and find yourself strolling past some of the greatest history Nashville has to offer – RCA Studio B, Bobby’s Idle Hour, ASCAP, Curb Records, BMI, Big Machine Records… and more! Don’t forget your camera - chances are you’ll pass by some famous faces too! It’s not uncommon to see artists and songwriters hanging out on Music Row + Midtown at all hours in this area.
The second bedroom is a converted dining room with a curtain that can be pulled for privacy.
Full kitchen equipped with everything you might need to cook up a tasty meal at home should you choose. Washer & dryer are also available in the unit!

There are so many places within walking distance! Old Glory, Winners Bar, and Bella Napoli are some favorites. I would suggest you look up Nashville Guru and look at Hillsboro and Edge Hill neighborhoods. You will see pictures and be able to look at shopping, restaurants and tons of other interesting information about where you will be staying.
No rental car needed! Walking distance to Midtown where you'll find some local watering holes like: Winners/Losers, Red Door Saloon, Rebar, and Kung Fu Saloon! Or... Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and visit the famous Honky Tonks, Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, Printer’s Alley, and Country Music Hall of Fame for around $5-7 one-way!
Our personal favorite Honky Tonks: Acme, Robert’s, Tootsies, and Paradise Park

The property was clean and quiet. You can tell it's older, but it's well maintained with modern updates. The neighborhood was safe and fun to see all the recording studios nearby. Free parking was a plus. It's a 35 minute walk (or $8 uber ride) to broadway, 20 minute walk to the gulch, and 20 minutes to the midtown bars and restaurants.

Many times you just want nice and easy. It was easy to park, close to restaurants and a clean place to stay.

My 3 cousins and myself went for a weekend girls trip to Nashville. The space was perfect for the 4 of us. We spent most of our time around the city but it was a great landing spot. There’s a few food spots and bars just few blocks to walk if it’s warm enough. A cute coffee shop not too far either. Our rides to the gulch and broadway were not far, thus not too expensive either. The beds and pillows were comfy. There was plenty of mirrors so the 4 of us could get ready to go out. We had plenty of access to charging ports and outlets as well. The only con was the wi-if connection was spotty, but again we were not in the house much. Overall, great stay and communication with the renters. If you have a larger party than 4 you will need to rent multiple rooms, but I would stay here again for sure.

Very nice and clean place. The pictures to show a bunkbed which seems to be replaced by a standard bed. The only complaint is there is a lip on the floor between the hallway and the bathroom. My husband came away with a bloody toe. Otherwise a nice space.
