Location was great

Check in process telling them we’d be in at 3, saying that was fine but then not letting us in at 3:05 then on phone 25 minutes then saying charging 1.00 minute to get in before 4 without ever telling me that before. Terrible customer service not friendly not wanting to be helpful. Just a bad way to start the vacation.
