Excellent location, quiet & close to everything we needed, perfect size rooms, free parking & easy to communicate with the owners. We have stayed there twice now & will stay again when we have to come to Nashville. Will definitely recommend to anyone who goes to Nashville.

The location is amazing. You can walk to broad way and west end. The staff were amazing and very quick in responding to messages.
The Wi-Fi never connected, so we used our cell phone hotspot. On day 2, the door access code stopped working, so I contacted the staff to receive a new code. One of the beds was damaged and sagging in the middle (I shared photos with them.) Someone from maintenance walked in unannounced because they had mixed up our unit with another one. One of the bathtubs and the damaged bed sheets were not clean (I have a photo of the tub in case the management wants to see it).
