This was a Business/vacation trip for four days with family. The Booking experience online with Booking.com was easy to see pictures and the location, and made it seem super cool as a third party. The location is fantastic
When it came to using Cozy Suites itself, that was a nightmare online and definitely not user-friendly. We literally experienced trouble the day before we were leaving for vacation, and were worried that we would not be able to get into our condo, and spent almost an hour on teh phone waiting for them to approve the Damage waiver and fee that they could not process until 10 hours before take off
EXSTREMELY stressful.
We will NEVER use this location again. They have quite hours from 9 p.m. to 8 am, and the people that stayed above us were so loud at 6:45 in the morning, it sounded like a 1-ton elephant was crashing through the roof.
