You're walking distance to Nashville's hottest bars, live music+loads of restaurants. You are a short ride to Broadway (5 min), 12 South, The Gulch, +more. If you are looking for a luxury hotel accommodation, then you may want to look elsewhere, but if you are looking for an authentic Nashville experience on Historic Music Row, then this is the place for you!
The Space:
Experience Nashville like a TRUE LOCAL here on Music Row. This historic apartment is housed inside a 8-unit complex on Music Row - it doesn’t get more Nashville than that! Walk out your front door right onto Music Row and find yourself strolling past some of the greatest history Nashville has to offer – RCA Studio B, Bobby’s Idle Hour, ASCAP, Curb Records, BMI, Big Machine Records… and more! Don’t forget your camera - chances are you’ll pass by some famous faces too! It’s not uncommon to see artists and songwriters hanging out on Music Row + Midtown at all hours in this town.
Full kitchen equipped with everything you might need to cook up a tasty meal at home should you choose. Washer & dryer are also available in the unit!

Parking: One space is provided on premises behind the unit. Additional street parking is available along Music Row out front of apartment (Free, no meters).

There are so many places within walking distance! Old Glory, Winners Bar, and Bella Napoli are some favorites. I would suggest you look up Nashville Guru and look at Hillsboro and Edge Hill neighborhoods. You will see pictures and be able to look at shopping, restaurants and tons of other interesting information about where you will be staying.
No rental car needed! Walking distance to Midtown where you'll find some local watering holes like: Winners/Losers, Red Door Saloon, Rebar, and Kung Fu Saloon! Or... Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and visit the famous Honky Tonks, Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, Printer’s Alley, and Country Music Hall of Fame for around $5-7 one-way!
Our personal favorite Honky Tonks: Acme, Robert’s, Tootsies, and Paradise Park
** Please be respectful of your neighbors! NO SMOKING in the home! There will be a $200 fine applied if noise complaints or evidence smoking has been found! **
There may be nearby construction noise. Nashville is a rapidly growing city! There is construction on almost every street.

Excellent location and neighborhood. Super cute and clean. Had an issue with the toilet but informed the host and it was resolved quickly and did not inconvenience us at all.

The space was tastefully decorated and made us feel the Nashville and country vibes. It was clean and we quickly felt right at home. The outdoor area was also very cute and artwork made it even more pleasant. It was truly a lovely place for my family and I to stay.
