The panoramic ocean views from the living room, dining room and primary bedroom are absolutely breathtaking and unbeatable, and they completely make up for whatever the unit itself might lack in size or amenities. The kitchen and primary bedroom and bath are a good size; the second bedroom is small and has a tiny bathroom. The furnishings and decor are okay/mediocre at best. Communications from the property manager were excellent and helpful. The parking garage was very convenient. We highly recommend the nearby Kono's Cafe for breakfast (a short 3-minute walk to the north on the boardwalk). We were very happy, overall, and would definitely stay here again, primarily for the outstanding views of the beach.

We stayed 6 days for my son's graduation. The view and location are spectacular. The condo is really pretty inside. It was nice to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The breeze kept the condo cool. I loved having the beach right in front of us and all of our favorite restaurants are right there. Having covered parking was also great.

We came to San Diego to visit our son and his wife we are seniors and we were looking for a comfortable beachfront, condominium . We also wanted the convenience of two full bathrooms inconvenient parking. We also wanted easy access.This condominium had everything. It was an exceptional corner unit on the third floor. They were spectacular views of the ocean and boardwalk from the dining area from the living room and from the master bedroom. It was a dedicated parking spot for one car with a secure gate access. Access to the third floor was easy because of the elevator access to the beach was easy with one short flight of stairs. It was great having two bathrooms both with showers so that each of us had our own bathroom.The location of the condominium is excellent. I highly recommend a short walk to Kono’s for breakfast for lunch. The breakfast republic was steps away. The Baja Beach Café was a short walk.It was easy to get anywhere in San Diego within about 20 minutes from this location. We were able to go to the zoo ,old town, Terry Pine State Park, La Jolla Cove, Coronado Island, Loma point, the aircraft carrier Midway. And on the old town trolley.Overall, we completely enjoyed the property. Please note the hot tub is on the first floor. It took us six days to figure that out.We highly recommend this property. I wish I could give it more than five stars.

We loved this location. Great views of pacific beach walk way, beach, water and people watching. We spent hours just sitting in the unit looking out at everything! Great window views from the main living area and main bedroom! Very clean and spacious. Also has extras like beach towels, boogie boards, coolers, and chairs. John was great to work with! He called me and gave all the information I needed and was very responsive! Would definitely rent again.
