STEPS TO THE SAND & across from the famous Crystal Pier, enjoy ocean views from your very own beach retreat! Walk right across the street and pitch your blanket on the sandy beach, fish off Crystal Pier, surf, swim or boogie board to your heart's content! The best place ever to recharge your battery and gain some much deserved R&R! Enjoy the peek a boo ocean view from your balcony, step across the street to several fabulous restaurants, bicycle or roller blade on the boardwalk or just go out for a nice stroll! Have your very own front-row seat to stunning sunsets from the complexes beautiful view deck. You will want to come year after year once you experience this magical place! Keep in mind this may not be the best place for young children as it is a party area of pacific beach and there is a bar across the street that can be loud.
No grills allowed on property.

The owners were excellent at communication and responsive with any issues we had. Location is in a great spot however it can be very loud at night. It was very clean as well.

Location was awesome. Beautiful patio looking out at the ocean. Close to amenities. Nice promenade along the ocean. A bit noisy on the street side bedroom on the weekend. Beds were very comfortable with nice linens. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at the condo with our family of five. It was clean and comfortable with enough space for everyone. The location perfect being right by the beach and Crystal Pier. The communication was great with the property manager right up until the day before check in and during our stay when they become a bit unresponsive. But we would recommend and stay again.

Easy check in, instructions were exact. The condo was great, clean, slept the 5 of us easily. It was a short walk to the beach so we were able to come back and forth throughout the day. It is located across the street from a restaurant that becomes a nightclub so there’s loud music and night life until about 2:30 am. It wasn’t loud with the windows closed inside so it was tolerable and honestly it was not surprising for being next to the pier. There were some beach towels, chairs, bodyboards and sand toys. Also the balcony was nice, especially in the morning while enjoying a cup of coffee. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. I would stay there again for the close proximity to the beach and the 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms.

The place is so convenient to anything you could want (food, grocery store, etc.). The location is absolutely unbeatable and the community itself is good! The area could be a little loud, we couldn't keep the patio door or windows open at night, but that was in the description so we knew to expect it.

Beautiful stay! Thank you for the wonderful accommodations! So close / walking distance to all our favorite places! Loved the comfy beds, and an extra pull out couch for our daughter to stay a night too. The deck is glorious and excellent for people watching! Looking forward to our next stay!

The location was good, but on our side of the units that we stayed we were above all the bars, so it was very noisy at night especially on the weekend. View was not what we expected from our balcony as we overlooked the bars and could barely see the ocean. But otherwise everything was very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location. Steps away from the beach. Walking distance to several great restaurants and also the grocery store. Loved this condo. The location is so much fun! Walked to a ton of little local shops. Good food and coffee spots all around. View of the ocean! People watching all those walking down the boardwalk from the awesome wrap around deck. It was a wonderful time all around!!

The location was a 10 out of 10 with everything you'd need within walking distance, including of course the beach across the street. Many restaurants, coffee shops and clubs and a grocery store were all within easy walking distance. The check in process had a few hiccups as the directions on Vrbo were n a bit different than what was provided by the host and some of the entry codes had changed, requiring a call to the host. The other annoying thing was that the lead pictures were viewed from the complex and not the unit itself. There was only a picaboo ocean view from the deck. The noise from from the club across the street was definitely a thing, but it was disclosed, so no issues there. The complex itself is a bit older and it shows. Overall, the location was so good that it sort of made up for most of the negatives.

The property is in dire need of attention. Half the outlets do not work, stains on couch, over all run down and not very clean. Random code violations in kitchen. If the spa is a selling point, don't get your hopes up, it was so gross looking we didn't dare try to take a dip in it. The only thing going for it is the convenient location, walking distance to everything. Will not stay here again.

We had an amazing time at this property. Location is perfect! Walking distance to restaurants and bars and grocery store. Also gated and covered parking! Only small downfall would be it’s located right next to a night club which can be loud at night so if you are a light sleeper this could be an issue.

We spent a week in November 2023 to view colleges and see our daughter who has been living in San Diego since June. The area was well suited for our family. Bike rentals & great walking area oceanside. Easy eateries within walking distance-CVS & RALPHS grocery walkable. Small, enjoyable farmers market across the street on Tuesdays -we got fruits,veggies & flowers for our Thanksgiving meal. A variety of food vendors for dinner too. We like Duck Dive,Kono's, The Baked Bear but there are so many places to eat nearby. The condo itself was spacious enough for us - two queen beds were very comfortable, our daughter slept on convertible couch. Our oldest daughter stayed with us two nights and she there was large air mattress provided by the host. It was clean although a little rough around the edges-totally fine for us but if you are bothered by a little rust on a light fixture or edge of tub just keep that in the back of your mind. Plenty of space for clothes in closets & dressers. The balcony overlooked the pier, walkway and a restaurant/bar as mentioned in other reviews the club could get a little loud but it did not bother us at all-it was actually sort of fun to people watch. The beach toys, chair & umbrella were in rough shape so we did not use them. We were grateful for the 5 beach towels. liked that there a was a laundry room just steps away and the common area had chairs to relax in. Off street, covered, secure parking was a huge plus. We'd stay again.

We enjoyed a long weekend in this unit. The beds are super comfortable which is great after a day at the beach. The club across the street is loud but we closed the patio door and slept soundly. In the front bedroom you don’t hear anything. The unit was very clean with a beautiful kitchen. Definitely on my list to rent again.

The location and condo were great. It was in the middle of all the action so it can be loud with the music from the nearby bars but along with that comes lots of little shops, coffee shops, restaurants and of course steps to the ocean. The sunset views from the common area in the complex was also great!

Staying here was really nice. Yes the bar across the street is loud at night but with the doors closed and the fans on you can really hear it. There was also a sound machine provided in the bedroom that we used for our children. The house was comfortable and the location is so great for walking to the beach, for food. If you’re staying here in the summer it would probably get pretty warm in the room considering there is no AC, but the weather was perfect in September. Would definitely stay here again.
