About this apartment rental
This luxury family friendly condo in one of the best complexes on the beach, including panoramic ocean and sunset views from the living room, master bedroom, and private deck that is raised above the boardwalk with patio furniture. The condominium has a master bedroom with a king size bed and 2nd bedroom with a Queen and bunk bed The complex has a spa and a large patio area with lounge chairs and patio furniture overlooking the ocean.
From the moment you walk into the condo you will have a direct view of the Pacific Ocean. The open floor plan which includes the living room, dining area and fully stocked kitchen allows everyone to be part of the FUN!! The dual master bedrooms provide separation with a bedroom located on each side of the space. One of which offers a king size bed and the 2nd has 1-Queen and a bunk bed. Hang out on the west facing balcony and enjoy the incredible sunsets or watch all of the boardwalk action that offers seating for (4). The condo has a dedicated underground parking space and there is a coin operated laundry facilities on site.
50% of the owners are full-time residents so the Home Owners Association has strict policies (and fines) regarding excessive, late night noise - so you can be assured that you will be staying in a peaceful and relaxing beach environment
If you decide to venture out, you can get to most major San Diego attractions such as Old Town, Sea World, and the Zoo within a 15 minute drive.

We loved the property. The balcony and view were outstanding. The bed in the master suite was very comfortable. The twin bed in the second bedroom squeaked constantly. This bed needs to be replaced. Having a full bathroom off of both bedrooms was wonderful. Beach towels should be provided. Asking guests to check out Beach towels and then return them washed and dried is too much. Spa that was advertised is stained and small—big enough for four people. Overall, we enjoyed our trip.

Great location for viewing Pacific Beach and people watching. The patio was a good size for a group of 4 and the ocean breeze was felt throughout the day and night. Overall, our stay was great for enjoying the oceanfront. The condo needs a bit of updating,
