A Self check-in private condo in a resort, it sleeps up to 3 guests.
**Walking distance to Downtown Dunedin which is just under 1 mil. Rear balcony has partial waterfront view for your morning cup of coffee. There are 2 very nice pool and hot tub right on the water where you can watch the sunset! The complex features the fabulous waterfront Marker 8 TiKi bar that offers food, beverages…
** Jolley Trolley Bus stop is outside of the entrance.
** 3 minutes to Downtown Dunedin, that offering open air markets, shops, restaurants and breweries. Jolley Trolley Bus stop is outside of the entrance.
** 10 minutes to honeymoon Island and the ferry to Caladesi Island voted consistently as one of the top 10 beaches in the US.
** 15 minutes to Clearwater Beach (the exact time may vary on weekends and holidays). Clearwater Beach dazzles with impeccable beaches and inviting waters. Trip Advisor named it the nation's #1 beach in 2018.
** 20 minutes to the world renowned Tarpon Springs sponge docks, fabulous shops and restaurants.
** 15 minutes to the golf courses of Innisbrook Resort, home of the PGA Valspar Tournament.
**The Pinellas Trail is across the street from my place, there is a bike shop for purchase and rental. I suggest using the Clearwater Jolley Trolley for a fun and unique way to see Clearwater Beach, Sand Key and the surrounding Coastal Towns of North Pinellas, including Downtown Clearwater, Dunedin, Palm Harbor and Historic Sponge Docks- Tarpon Springs.

Room was good but neighbors were either blazing or smoking every time we tried to use balcony. Cool spot. May was great and very accommodating.

It was everything she said it would be. The room was nice, bed was comfy, bathroom was clean and we enjoyed the cooler and chairs that are available. We saw but did not take advantage of the bikes. There were quite a few so maybe next time we will try a bike out and ride to town. It is so close to downtown Dunedin. It was very quiet we had no issues with noise.

The small, outdated condo was clean, but it showed its age. The walls were a dated beige and the space was very cramped. The furniture was worn and the bed was the biggest disappointment. The mattress was worn and uncomfortable. But despite its flaws, the condo was clean. The bathroom was very small and the kitchen was organized. It was clear that the owner had made an effort to keep the condo clean, even though it was not in the best condition.
My husband and I did not stay and decided to find other accommodations. We contacted the owner for a refund and let them know that they could rent it out to someone else, unfortunately that is against VRBO policy.
Overall, the condo was small and outdated, but it was clean. It would be a good fit for someone who was looking for a small, affordable place.
