Katie was very helpful when I had questions and was always quick to respond. Everything was really clean and well organized. Definitely a rental I’ll be using again!

Host was very welcoming. Amenities such as washer and dryer were in good condition. Kitchenware such as cutting board and bread knife we were not able to find. Plenty of beech and bathroom towels were available. Location was perfect with downtown Dunedin and bike trail a few blocks away.

Property was clean. 1 night I had to park my car at my aunts and uber. we only had 1 car and 4 units with 4 parking spaces would be ok if people used 1 and if had 2 cars pulled up and parked behind the other. Also, the hot rub is not private and shared and a creapy man lurked in it. otherwise it was ok.No blendee was a downside also.
