With stylish new finishes, we bring the essence of the beach indoors to you. Settle in and enjoy your pick of a 65” or 55” tv. Condo is 840sf finished with luxury plank and tile flooring.
We are ideally located directly on the sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast, so you wake up to the sounds of the waves or glimpse the lively dolphins. Our second-floor location allows you to enjoy a completely unobstructed – and incredibly gorgeous – view of the beach and Gulf. And it’s only a short walk to popular restaurants on Restaurant Row.
This lovely condo will sleep up to 6 people; highlights include:

• Hallway bunkbed alcove, with power outlets within easy reach

I found exactly what I wanted and needed. Condo was quiet, clean and comfortable. Right on the beach, I relaxed on the balcony and listened to the calming sounds of the ocean. Sitting in the reserved chairs under the umbrella was perfect to enjoy the sun. The heated pool was clean and a perfect size for a few laps. Already planning for next year! It might be nice to include a throw; to cuddle up on the sofa.
