This ground floor condo situated directly on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico has sweeping views, and your own patio so you can walk right out to the white sandy beach! At 840 square feet, you will enjoy the 1 bedroom, along with a hallway bunk alcove and 1.5 bathrooms. This beautiful condo will sleep up to 6 people. It features luxury plank flooring thru out the condo and a living/dining room looking right out to your patio. The fully equipped, updated kitchen with Granite counter tops will be a joy to entertain in. A washer and dryer are located inside this unit for your convenience. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. So, come relax and enjoy this beach front condo that also offers a heated Beach Side swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a gas grill area for your use. | This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Family had a great time! Only two negatives. Our unit did not have any grilling tools- (metal spatula, metal tongs) with long handles are needed. Most importantly, the bedroom bed is in desperate need of a new mattress. (Very uncomfortable). I have stayed here often and this bed I really needs an upgrade.
